So: What's Happening?

Ermm, at the moment? Not much, really. The weather’s getting nicer, the days are getting longer, Tony has been working on his Land Rover, but I’ve been doing nothing to mine.

Why, you ask? Because Dad still wants to wait for Tony to finish his Landy for us to start on mine. The good news is that he has been working on it when he can find the time. The V8 beast now has a painted tub, floors, a seatbox, a truck-cab (apparently in our garage!) and various bits and bobs to the engine added. The bad news is that he still needs the clutch, interior, electrics, exhaust (must be custom made!) and more.

With Easter Holidays fast approaching (like, tomorrow), I’m hoping Dad will agree that we can work on Jolly Roger whilst he’s still sat on the drive. If the weather is nice enough, now will be the ideal time to start! Otherwise, this project won’t even get started, let alone finished.

So, fingers crossed, we’re sort of getting there.
